The machine is a right-cutting machine with a rotating right frame, roller feed and lever cut. The material is corrected in the guide device and in the correct frame in all planes by its repeated transverse plastic bending with the correct breadcrumbs installed in the sockets of the fast-rotating correct frame. The cutting of the rods is carried out by means of a cutting sleeve fixed in the housing of the rear feed mechanism and an open knife fixed on a double-arm lever freely swinging on the axis.
