These sheet bending machines are used for bending billets having a cylindrical shape and made of sheet material, the yield strength of which is in the cold state Qt = 250 MPa (25 kgf / mm sq.).
Conical shells can also be made on the rollers when equipped with additional equipment. The processing process is a bending-rolling of a sheet billet through the rolls of the unit. Finished products can have both a closed contour and an open one. The main work is done by three rolls, of which the lateral ones rotate in the forward and reverse directions and move up and down, and the upper one rotates in the forward and reverse directions. It is possible to increase the technological capabilities of the machine by completing it with a tool that allows bending strips, corners, squares, pipes and channels. Ease of maintenance is achieved by installing automation tools, for example, front and receiving tables, shell support mechanisms and removal of finished products.
